I have been looking for a while and have yet to come to any conclusions regarding my bridal party and what they will wear. I have so many special people in my life and so many people I want to include it is difficult to make these decisions. While I avoid the ultimate decision of who will be in the bridal party I have been distracting myself with pretty dresses and dress options for the yet to be determined bridal party. The color pallet for the wedding is tentatively yellow and green with brown shades and white as the neutrals but it is flexible. I am really leaning towards a printed/floral/patterned bridesmaid dress for something different so I need to find the dress to decide absolutely on a color pallet overall because i think the dress will dictate the colors. Well here are the ideas so far...
Dress 1

This was one of the first dresses that I fell in love with, the only problem is I don't love the price. It is from some boutique in NYC and it isn't cheap. It is however in the right colors, super cute and this patterned fabric comes in like 5 different dress styles allowing flexibility for different body shapes. Overall though I just don't think I am ok with the price so the search continues.
Dress 2

This one from Nordstrom has a much happier price and I think it is adorable. Only problem is that it doesn't offer different styles to accommodate different body shapes. What are the chances that 1 dress style will look great on all of the bridesmaids? Heck I don't even know for sure who will be bridesmaids.
Dress 3

I like the colors in this one and the prices is reasonable but is it too busy? Does the cut look like it may look awful on everyone? It comes in a solid blue also which I like because then we can mix and match.
Dress 4

I also like the simplicity of this dress. It just doesn't seem as busy as some of the others. The cut is also great and has more potential for working on a variety of people than a strapless dress does. So what do you think? What is your vote?
after my recent bridemaid dress excursion, if a dress looks bad on one girl it'll probably look bad on them all! that being said, there will probably be at least one person who won't look like a million dollars, but as long as it doesn't look absolutely awful and isn't unbearably uncomfortable, if you like it...then go for it! i'll admit i'm less partial to the blue pattern dress, it does seem a bit busy pattern wise and might make the girls look larger than they are. All the others are adorable! and i love the cut on the last one! so comfy and very beach-like.
